Noise Issue at 1823 Divisadero St

The Park Gym is holding a very loud karaoke night with amplified music. They hold after hours event regularly with amplified music. My apartment shares a wall with this gym and the noise is making it very difficult for my 17 month old daughter to sleep. When I approached the owner, David Park about noise issues in the past he assaulted me so I cannot contact him directly. I uploaded a photo from earlier in the evening. I also have a video that would not upload of the event at 10:43 PM.
