There are two big tents and a black tarp setup as a homeless encampment along the sidewalk. The sidewalk is 95% clocked posing tripping hazards for pedestrians. There is also debris consisting of miscellaneous items and some potentially hazardous. There were two occupants who are very rude and aggressive towards pedestrians.
