There's some equipment (might be related to refrigeration) that goes off all day and night every ~5 min for ~5 min long, and as per the screenshot attached, makes a 15dB jump every time. I didn't want to complain when the restaurant was open because I didn't want to hurt the business, but now that it has been closed for a couple of months, they should just turn this equipment off. My apartment is on 151 Albion St, but my windows face the back of West of Pecos, and the 15dB jumps are so annoying
