Curb & Sidewalk Issues at 474 Howard St, San Francisco 94103

On 4/16/24, I tripped on a portion of sidewalk that was elevated almost an inch above a trench drain, on 1st St north of Howard St, by the side of the closed Specialties cafe. I measured it with a ruler - almost an inch! It was a hard fall and I got bruises on my knees, wrists, and etc. Must fix ASAP.
