Tarp appeared overnight. Looks to be same guy who camped insistently on the 24th St side in the last month and started fires, requiring SFFD. His friends will be here soon if he is not removed. Please remove this person from our neighborhood today and every day. I'm sorry that this is such a job for all of us. These people leave trash and bags of feces and jugs of piss on our streets. They like to make a mess around the fire hydrant, making it difficult to access. Thank you.
