RHN has conducted a survey of all cracks in excess of 1" on our North-South Streets as these represent significant danger to pedestrians living or visiting our neighborhood. Most cracks are caused by tree roots so it likely the responsibility of DPW, but we request action to determine and fix these defects. This request includes a file with address and photo of 31 significant cracks on Hyde Street.
