There’s a man who stands on the corner of 19th and Irving in the evening who has been leaving signs that say “sf repent.com” all up 19th. He tapes them to the poles in the traffic median, at cross walks, on fences and on empty buildings that are for lease. If anyone takes them down, he puts them back up overnight, and he’s been putting them high up on buildings and poles to try to stop people from taking them down. He been doing this for at least a year
