Park Requests at Intersection Of Buena Vista East Ave & Waller St

Graffiti installed on DPW fixtures and maintained in place by Park employees thus demonstrating to all that the City cares little for the park or it's residents. The lack of proper training and purpose by Park employees maintains a tone of Anything Goes and No One Cares. Public corruption through and through. We need respectful services by responsible and accountable staff - if that means hiring private contractors then it must be done for the overall public good.
