Violation of various federal state and local codes is endorsed by dysfunctional and unaccountable public officials who refuse to uphold ADA code, DPW - Police - Planning Code Sign Ordinance. When public officials ignore the law there is no law no order no justice and any professed civil authority is hypocritical corrupted and worthless to the public they are paid to serve.
