Encampment at 2012 16th St

Almost encampment on Utah Street in between 15th and 16th, solid with tents and loose garbage, gallons of urine, human waste, animal waste, wood pallets, chairs, shopping carts, Stolen garbage cans, everything but the kitchen sink. The businesses on the other side of the street are being severely impacted. One large business on the corner of 15th and Utah and 16th and Potrero Avenue have packed up and moved out because of the homework situation which is not good for San Francisco revenues. Businesses will continue to move out of the city if this problem is not remedied.
