Romy flower shop at 714 Valencia st is encroaching on space with a clothing sale at the animal hospital at 720 Valencia Street. Partial blocking of the actual building 720 Valencia. Does not have permission from 720 Valencia. Has been asked multiple times to move clothing racks away from in front of 720 Valencia so owners can drive up to drop off sick patients at the animal hospital. Will not comply. Please see attached photos taken this Saturday 9/18/21, at approximately 4:30pm.
