Park Requests at 185 Cayuga Ave

Dead, dying and diseased shrubbery. HUGE (6' x 15' x 1 - 3'), hole in flower bed, exposing plumbing and property damage. This has been like this for many months. Many of the planters are very regularly used as a urinal and commode by those that pass through and by regular visitors, this constant onslaught of human and animal waste and no consistent watering, has most of the planting's in dire need of care. Why is this park being so neglected?
