Encampment at Intersection Of Landers St & 14th St

Encampment with dogs and bikes and carts and human and animal waste. Their camp is right by the door to our apartment building. Blocking access to our way to our cars and to take our dogs out safely. it's been unsafe for us and our animals ever since they arrived.
