Encampment taking up a lot of the sidewalk

Dangerous encampment on 400 block of Leavenworth. Aggressive drug dealers and users. We were threatened by them the night before the shooting earlier this week. Please take this seriously! We're unable to use the sidewalks and get where we need to go.
