RS and subcontractors are illegally parking large dump trucks, idling for extended periods, contractors are washing beds of asphalt or concrete into the street and RS is storing debris in violation of 723. This is occurring in multiple locations between ulloa and Pacheco on 36th, 37th and side streets.
