Tree basin needs to back filled properly. There are currently huge rats that are coming out of the holes. The size of the holes in the basin are athe size of a adult hand.

Cut power, cable, or phone lines dangling down from pole into a tree. This seems unsafe on may levels. They should be cut from the pole or removed.
