The meter will not add time. The customer tried paying with coin. The customer did not try pay by phone or credit card. The meter will only show two minutes and will not change.

Tried to pay by using credit card, screen show no time instead blank screen appeared no time register then deposited quarters and still no time appeared on the screen meter flashing green light!!

Please inspect card and coin slot, not accepting payment

customer calling to report the damaged to the concerte in the round abou needs to be repaired due to being hit by cars 4 different times this has been reported since 2023 no action has been taken

Electrical plate cover stolen. I put it under parking meter because there’s no choice for electrical poles.

Customer states that he paid $5.00 using parking meter card for his parking meter. The machine only gave me 2 hours. I think this machine should give me more time.

The time of the meter is inaccurate. The current time is 12pm. The time on the meter states 2pm. The time is stuck at 2:02pm. It does not tell what time has been added on the meter, however RP was charged a MAX amount which is $20.00. Indicator of the amount of time added is also broken.
