SWC Divisadero and Geary

Someone seems to have run into the tree and it’s fallen into the street a bit. Looks overall ok though just needs to be set back upright

This tree is covering the side walk light. please see the attached file for more detail.

Sidewalk uplifted about 2 to 4 inches , wheelchair can not pass by, creating tripping hazard Previous SR#18246840 was reported in May of last year, please respond ASAP as its only getting worse.

There is a single tree on the block that is damaging pipes at 1325 Irving. A private plumber has run a camera down the line and there are tree roots which are impacting the line - they pulled out roots and have photos for reference. Please inspect and contact resident for steps on resolution.

a semi truck hit a 40 foot tree, it is ripped out, has not fallen yet. Caller states it will fall, and this is a public safety hazard
