Muni Employee Feedback at 2626 Mission St
Bus operator announced that he was "running hot" and had to sit at the 22nd street and Mission stop to get back on schedule. My transfer was at 24th and mission in 5 minutes, so I asked how long it would be. The driver yelled at me and basically said he would sit there as long as necessary. When I said I would miss my transfer, he said I should have got on another bus. I had to sprint to my stop to catch the transfer.
