I have a homeless man sleeping to the left side of the entrance building, blocking access to the garbage area. They cannot access it and the lady that does maintenance cleaning cannot get through her items either in the morning. It's become a frequent problem as he hides his cardboard to lay on behind bushes. He has been discussed about the situation but refuses to leave every night. It seems he understands spanish. Please help, thank you.
