I like to file a claim with the city for the damage the pothole caused towards my vehicle that resulted in one popped tire. Can you advise and put me in contact with the appropriate authorities or department for this case. Thank you, and much appreciated.

Entire stretch of Alemany (in between Admiral Ave and Bayshore Blvd) needs to be repaved. This portion of Alemany has lots of potholes. Caller states that she almost got into a car accident, as the driver in front of her slowed down immediately to avoid a pothole. Caller disconnected before any additional details were provided.

Construction plate is loose, sounds like thunder every time a 38 passes over it making it impossible for residents to sleep as the 38 is every 3 to 10 minutes. If possible can that lane be closed so the 38 can use the other lane and avoid the construction plates all together.

The curve has lost the concrete covering the edge and the "metal rail-wire" is sticking out at multiple points. I got a flat tire parking there, and would like (1) to be reimbursed for the expense of replacing the tire and (2) the curve to be fixed. This problem is all along the street in several places. And although some of them are "highlighted" they are sticking out so much that a flat tire is the least that can happen, and way too often.
