- The curve has lost the concrete covering the edge and the "metal rail-wire" is sticking out at multiple points. I got a flat tire parking there, and would like (1) to be reimbursed for the expense of replacing the tire and (2) the curve to be fixed. This problem is all along the street in several places. And although some of them are "highlighted" they are sticking out so much that a flat tire is the least that can happen, and way too often.
