- This location is on Hemlock but is associated with 1600 Post. The location has a history of improper garbage and recycle disposal. Whatever isn't picked up just collects in the parking area so now there is a lot of carboard and other trash that has been there for months. It's a rodent attractor at best, a fire hazard at worst. Neighbors tried to contact property owner without luck. Have had other late night trash fires on this alley-this is very hazardous.
