Pothole & Street Issues at Sloat Blvd Sunset District Sf

When you get on northbound Sunset from eastbound Sloat, the big piles of wood chips completely block view of cars driving up Sunset. Wood chips should be moved or spread out into shorter piles. Not sure if this is street dept responsibility or tree dept
