Car 17 Bay and Taylor. Operator had riders locked into main carriage area of car. If an accident occured and hysteria set in, the way the rope was across the front would have made evacuation hard. Operator said, "OH! I'm gonna remember YOU!" when I told him, "Thanks for letting me out of prison." Then threatened me when I gave him my opinion of what he had just said to me.
