- this is not Chester Avenue this is alemany Boulevard and as you can see it's the exit from cars that are coming north on Highway one to go to Alemany Boulevard this drain took us a while to shovel it out and then rake up everything could you please come and pick up the piles thank you it's on alemany Boulevard it's the lane that goes east once you exit off it's near the pink bridge thank you
