Description: Business Name: Central Park Natural - Location Info: Sidewalk - Types of Issues: Other (Provide details above) - ADA Issue: No --- This business has a tenant in their building who came outside with an unleashed dog and this dog was not under voice control and ran into the road, across the street to the next block to charge at my leashed dog who is nervous and because of his inconsiderate behavior of this very irresponsible dog owner my dog has had a major setback in his costly training. An apology would have gone a long way unfortunately this person did not acknowledge any wrongdoing and I felt it absolutely necessary to report.
