1111 Harrison StSorry. Tried to edit my original report but could not. Addition is that there is a good amount of drug dealing and using in encampment which keeps getting bigger. The encampment basically blocks off about six parking spots because no one would feel safe leaving their car in front of them.

Homeless encampment inside off-leash dog park in Mountain Lake Park. Behind the large log which the dogs circle. In one day he filled the area with trash, tied plastic bags to the trees & spread white powder all around his site. This is the only off leash dog park in our area & people are afraid to let their dogs loose now for fear of the powder & the mentally ill person.
