Water is brown from all faucets and toilets

Caller is requesting that the city side of the pipe be inspected with a camera down the line- Per a private plumber there are tree roots that are damaging the pipes and causing frequent back ups at this location. Resident would like this inspected and contacted about ETA for resolution. This has been an ongoing issue.

There is an ongoing issue with the sewer lateral getting blocked at this location. The city has come out a couple of times and the caller has had plumbers also come out a few times. The most recent plumber did indicate this appears to be a problem at the lower lateral. The caller is requesting that city come out and inspect the lower lateral for possible issues. Caller does have the invoice and information about what the most recent plumber found, if the city would like to see that information.
