Pothole & Street Issues at Us West Portal Sf

Construction causing traffic backup for blocks. Takes 30mins to drive one block 7:30 am when kids going to school and others to work. Inconsiderate ! What a hazard this early in the AM! SFPUC has been working in this intersection for 22 months! Unexceptable!
