Description: Turn the grate around so it doesn't kill cyclists. A storm drain grating is turned incorrectly, papallel with the road instead of perpendicular to it. This means bike tires will fall into the grating and send cyclists flying -- into cars, into traffic, into the street. It is VERY DANGEROUS, easy to miss, almost invisible when biking, and illegal. Please fix this asap. It is on the west side of the street. There is only one.
