- There is ongoing construction at 32 Parker Ave. Each weekday morning at 8 AM until about 10 AM, and then again starting around 1 PM until 3 PM, amplified music with thumping bass is played outside and can be heard very clearly and loudly with all windows closed. The volume level is extremely disruptive. The normal construction noises are not nearly as disruptive as the amplified music.
