- Location: On Noe, from Cesar Chavez to 28th Street Following construction, the road remains unpaved on the 24 Divisadero MUNI public transportation line. The unpaved street surface creates a very unpleasant/uncomfortable passenger/operator experience. Please pave the road as soon as possible. Thank you for your help.
