- Large encampment about the size of 10 shopping carts put together, with large gray tarp covering everything, they have a Recology gray trash bin, office chairs, a solar panel. They have occupied this space for a month. Caltrans has denied this request so I am reaching out to SF311. The nearby electric box in the dirt area has been dug out with exposed wires. The lamp post right next to this electric box in the ground also has exposed wires at its base and the street lamp does not turn on at night.
