- Tenants from 571 Shotwell installed a canopy across the inner courtyard and have connected it to the entire building. There is an active fire grill, candles, and outdoor heat lamps near the canopy. Landlord and property manager have been notified about the canopy, but no follow-up action has occurred. Fire DEPT has been notified. Please cite the landlord, property manager, and tenants for ignoring and neglecting fire safety risks and building code violation.
