- Homeless encampment inside off-leash dog park in Mountain Lake Park. Behind the large log which the dogs circle. In one day he filled the area with trash, tied plastic bags to the trees & spread white powder all around his site. This is the only off leash dog park in our area & people are afraid to let their dogs loose now for fear of the powder & the mentally ill person.
