- Pedestrian sign at the intersection of Waller and Laguna St in Mint Hill / Hayes Valley: this needs to be a “yield” sign or a pelican crossing where pedestrians can use a push button to stop traffic. Today, cars don’t slow down when pedestrians are trying to cross, and this is a danger to pedestrians. There’s a senior center on this block, and it poses a threat to older folks who aren’t moving as quickly too.
