Description

When public officials and others ignore the law, there is no law, order, or justice. The professed civil authority is worthless to the public they are paid to serve. Let’s adopt a Contract City model in which the City Administrator assumes control, eliminating the mayor's position and reducing the number of legislators to four supervisors. Furthermore, high-overhead, entrenched bureaucrats and public employees should be replaced with private contractors who must perform their duties or replaced.
