Description

City Hall is unanswerable, leading to the breakdown of law and order. Proactive public services are virtually nonexistent, permitting blight and disorder to flourish. To address this, we must implement a "Contract City" model in which the City Administrator takes complete control. This would eliminate the mayor's position and retain only four supervisors. Other costly and often inefficient city workers would be replaced by private contractors who perform responsibly or can be easily replaced.
