Solid street facing wall has windows that are fully opaque from graffiti. It's been like that the whole pandemic and isn't built to code. Every time I back out of the driveway I worry about getting T-boned from traffic because of the 2-to-1 lane change earlier this year between the 14th/SVN intersection and this parklet. People hit the gas to beat each other right where I back out. I've had too many close calls already.
