- Catch Basin at corner of Keith St and Wallace Ave with asset ID N-53431 has a constant heavy of flow through the catch basin. As a catch basin there should be no flow moving through this catch basin in such high volume. There is a nearby hydrant but i think the source of flow should be inspected to investigate source of flow. Presumption is that it is potable water and not overflow as flow is constant during dry weather
