- Base of the squiggly part of Levant, from States up to Roosevelt. This storm drain is COMPLETELY, I say that again, COMPLETELY clogged for a couple months...all the way to the top. It has been reported multiple times an no one has come to deal with it for some reason, and it gets marked dealt with or whatnot and ignored.
