There is ongoing construction at 32 Parker Ave. Each weekday morning at 8 AM until about 10 AM, and then again starting around 1 PM until 3 PM, amplified music with thumping bass is played outside and can be heard very clearly and loudly with all windows closed. The volume level is extremely disruptive. The normal construction noises are not nearly as disruptive as the amplified music.

Noise from 1am to 7am

Residents report that the vehicles idle and are extremely loud. This noise rumbles and vibrates the nearby residents. Sundays are especially loud, as the business gets many deliveries. The deliveries are from 11pm through 6am, daily.

Loud machinery / motor still ongoing at the cable car barn. It’s been going on for at least 30 minutes. It’s half past midnight on a Sunday. Isn’t there a more reasonable time to do this that would be more mindful of the residents?

Constant loud music every night from 10pm - 12am

Tenants at 150 Prague again throwing a party. Multiple cars double parked and blocking driveways. Had plastic chairs in front of a neighbors home that wasn’t theirs blocking entrance and exit to their home. Party now has moved inside the home. Music is being heard through the walls and vibrations can be felt along with the music inside neighboring home. Tenants continue to disturb the peace of this neighborhood. Complaints have been made to landlord to no avail. Need assistance. Police called.
