Sidewalk and driveway severely damaged in multiple places. Wheelchair and strollers unable to properly navigate. Many Trip hazards. This has been reported multiple times over past two years (since 2022) but there is no change, the city has not been able to move forward on getting owner to fix these problems.

Multiple open vaults, posing tripping hazard

Turn the grate around so it doesn't kill cyclists. A storm drain grating is turned incorrectly, papallel with the road instead of perpendicular to it. This means bike tires will fall into the grating and send cyclists flying -- into cars, into traffic, into the street. It is VERY DANGEROUS, easy to miss, almost invisible when biking, and illegal. Please fix this asap. It is on the west side of the street. There is only one.

Cement cover on sidewalk missing , PEDESTRIAN HAZARD

SFPD Tenderloin station Captain requests curb to be painted yellow. 200-204 Leavenworth cross of Turk st. Currently there is no paint on the curb but there are signs. Drivers get confused to see curb not painted.

There is a dip that is 2 ft. by 1 ft. by couple inches deep. This area used to be covered by a parklet and caller wants someone to take a look at it before it gets worst. Caller states this could possibly be a sinkhole.

Driveway to south of 1200 Indiana risky broken. Never marked for repairs. Left of building facing it.
