Car parked in front of my driveway, blocking trash pickup

Multiple encampments, very dirty with feces, needles and food. Very loud at night.

There are two very pronounced potholes. I haven’t taken a photo since I’m always driving and trying to dodge them. Would love to have them patched before damages caused to cars

Homeless people blocking both sides of the sidewalks and parking garage. Homeless using parking garage entrance as toilets and taking piss and poops.
