The light does not turn on at night. The wires at its base is also all pulled out and vandalized, exposed. It is right next to a really large encampment.

Costco pizza box and paper plates, Loose trash and packages of food items and lot of cig butts between the sidewalk and in the gutter of 660 and 698 Bush. And sometimes the hotel on the east side will sweep it onto our property, instead of cleaning it up they pile it but leave it onto the 660 side. All the way to the signal box. NOTE: This is not a duplicate.

I’m a professional dog walker, I have walked dogs at Bernal for over 13 years. I’ve been aware of the coyotes here and have been careful to keep dogs on leash especially during pupping season and near their den. Today, at 1 pm, 3 coyotes chased my (off leash) dog and made contact but didn’t attack. I will avoid this area but I think it would be a good idea to place signage on the path near the den so that other dog walkers can be aware of their surroundings.

Large encampment about the size of 10 shopping carts put together, with large gray tarp covering everything, they have a Recology gray trash bin, office chairs, a solar panel. They have occupied this space for a month. Caltrans has denied this request so I am reaching out to SF311. The nearby electric box in the dirt area has been dug out with exposed wires. The lamp post right next to this electric box in the ground also has exposed wires at its base and the street lamp does not turn on at night.
